This multimedia visual work stems from an exploration of theatrical characters during my undergraduate studies. By stepping into various roles through their costumes, I was prompted to deeply reflect: Who am I? The same inner core takes on different appearances, creating distinct personas on a visual plane. This led me to continuously question: What is the relationship between myself and the external world?
Through observing diverse figures, I employ technology to distort and blur my own image, deconstructing imperfect photographs into their essential elements—colors, dots, and lines. These fragmented pieces are then reconstructed using artistic techniques to create an entirely new visual expression. This process allows me to delve into themes of self-cognition and embodiment, exploring the interplay between identity and form.
