camera, parchment paper, real-time video mapping

This is an attempt to explore space and perspective. I tried to divide the physical plane into segments using parchment paper, capturing the space obscured by the paper with a camera. The captured footage is then projected onto another surface—a wall positioned at a different angle. These two planes form two sides of a triangle, while the audience’s position completes the triangle as the third plane.

Through this work, I aim to evoke a sense of spatial disorientation within the visual plane. By layering physical and virtual elements, the piece challenges conventional perceptions of depth and dimension, prompting the viewer to question their relationship to the space around them.
